Returns
Returns and exchanges are not offered, but if there is a discrepancy with your order please contact us at support@eccentrictravelapparel.com.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges as all orders are custom printed. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at support@eccentrictravelapparel.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.
Incorrect/Damaged Products
We are sorry if the product you ordered was incorrect or arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@eccentrictravelapparel.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@eccentrictravelapparel.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will resolve the issue for you.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
